SUSPECT #1:  Known white male.

WEAPON:      No weapons were involved

SUSPECT VEHICLE: Rental Vehicle, silver in color, Pontiac Grand Prix         

SYNOPSIS:    On Tuesday, January 29, 2008 the University Of Houston Department Of Public Safety received a report of a sexual assault that occurred over the weekend of January 27, 2008 in the complainant's room in one of the residential life complexes.  The complainant reported that she was sexually assaulted by a known male acquaintance who was visiting her from out of state and has since returned home.
